SagePHR is a Personal Health Record. Personal means not owned by a big corporation. This project allows users to track their own health, and the health of their families. Privately, and securely track your health data in the cloud or on-prem. Understand the health issues faced by aging parent, young children, or others in the family in need of care assistance. Future enhancements will bring info in from commercial electronic health systems. An initial focus on personal data entry and Direct Primary Care providers allows for a more personal and customizable experience.
